How much do mums cost? I have options for every budget, if you have questions while building your mum in my online store, please contact me to assist you!
Do you require a deposit?
50% Deposits are required if ordering May through August. After August 1st, 100% payment is needed at time of order being placed. If a payment plan is needed at anytime, please contact me so that we can set that up.
What payment methods do you accept?Venmo, Cashapp and Apple Pay
Are custom orders refundable?
50% will be refunded if you cancel your order prior to the mum being completed. If the mum is completed, no refund will be issued.
🛍️ Ordering & Customization
How do I order a custom mum?
Walk through your process step-by-step (choose size, colors, add-ons, personalization). I am available for consultations to assist with ordering if needed, please contact me to set that up!
How far in advance should I order?
Please order 6-8 weeks prior to your homecoming date. Dates do book up quickly and I will stop booking for that typically 4 weeks in advance.
⏰ Rush Orders & Deadlines
Do you accept last-minute orders?
A last minute order is considered anything ordered within 4 weeks of your homecoming date. Occasionally this is possible, please contact me prior to placing your order.
Is there a rush fee?
Any orders accepted within 2 weeks of a homecoming date are subject to a $50 rush fee.
Pickup Options
At time of checkout, you will receive the address for picking up your order. Once your order is completed, I will TEXT you to schedule a date and time for pickup.
If you live outside of my area and would like to place an order for a homecoming mum or garter that would need to be shipped, please email me prior to placing your order. If you order 8 weeks in advance, this should be possible
